Product Description
FstSort Kiwi optical sorter uses a multi-spectral camera to identify subtle colour differences or colour intensity, ensuring that each batch of apple has a uniform colour and meets brand appearance standards.
The optical sorter instantly identifies deformed, elongated, and twin fruits, removing irregularly shaped fruits that do not meet market demand to ensure shelf appeal.
The multi-band imaging system detects defects such as bruises, sunburn, cracks, and rot that are difficult to discern with the naked eye, significantly reducing customer complaints and return rates.
